What exactly is included in Family?
All of the app, for every child: a short placement, fifteen-minute daily sessions, lessons in three lenses (See it, Use it, Prove it), step-checked practice, spaced review, the Atlas of how the ideas connect, the Fields that show where mathematics leads, and the Family room with its weekly brief. Today 58 of the 271 school ideas have full lessons; every other idea has a guided brief, and 186 have practice questions. Each screen says which kind you are looking at, and new lessons arrive as they are written, at no extra cost.
Do brothers and sisters cost extra?
No. One price covers every child in the family, from four to eighteen. Each child has their own place in the app, their own placement and their own record, and the weekly brief covers each of them.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If 0 to 100 is not right for your family, write to hello@0to100math.com within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No form and no questions you have to answer. It applies to Family and to Guided.
When does billing open?
Not yet, and we will not guess at a date. Payments open after the review of children’s privacy by counsel. Until then the trial is free and reserving costs nothing. If you reserve, we write to you before billing opens, and nothing is charged until you choose to join.
Billing is open. Choose Family above: the app asks you to create a family account (or sign in), then Stripe takes the payment. If your 14-day trial has days left, the first charge waits until it ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
What happens to my data, and my child’s?
Without an account (the trial), your child’s name and answers stay in your browser, on your device, and are not sent to us. From the app we receive only anonymous counts (a session finished, an idea became secure), with no name, no age and no identifier that lasts beyond the visit. Google Analytics is switched off inside the app.
With a family account, which a parent creates and holds (children have no logins), each child’s first name, age and learning record are copied to our server so they follow your child between devices. We ask for no surname, birthday, school or photograph. The account itself holds your email and a protected password. You can download everything we hold, or delete the account and all of it, from the Family room.
When you pay, Stripe takes the payment. Stripe receives your email and card details, never your child’s name or record; we never see your card number. The privacy policy lists every item, where it is kept and for how long.
Can I cancel?
Yes, online from the Family room (it opens Stripe’s billing page), or by writing to us. The monthly plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. The yearly plan is covered by the 30-day guarantee; after that, cancelling stops the renewal and membership runs to the end of the paid year (the terms have the detail). Either way, nothing is deleted when membership ends: you can still read and download your child’s progress.
What ages is it for?
From four to eighteen, in one sequence. Children of four to seven get a spoken, larger mode with fewer words on screen. Adults who want to relearn school mathematics are welcome too, inside the same family plan.
How does Guided work, and how do I apply?
Choose Guided in the form above. We write back personally to arrange a short first conversation, because the 40 places are kept for families who will use the reviews. Before your child begins there is a 45-minute call about where to start and what to watch for; then, each month, a 30-minute review with a math educator over your child’s record. The educator is named when we accept your application, and their qualifications will be published on this page before Guided opens. Everything in Family is included.
